Position : CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
Experience: 3 - 5 years

Scope of duties:
1. Manage and oversee the entire accounting team, accounting rules and plans.
2. Financial budgeting and planning.
3. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with external auditors,
regulators, and other stakeholders such as attorneys and external parties such as
customers or suppliers.
4. Preparing financial statements for external reporting purposes such as tax returns,
regulatory filings, and stock offerings.
5. Monitoring cash flow to ensure that bills are paid on time and that there is enough
money available to cover upcoming expenses.
6. Preparing reports on company performance including profit and loss statements,
balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
7. Reviewing financial records, contracts, and other documentation to determine
accuracy and completeness of data.
8. Results, KPI, costs, analysis vs budget.

Requirements:
1. High education in accounting field. CA Qualification
2. Minimum 3 years of success experience in management accounting.
3. Expertise in management accounting.
4. Extensive corporate and personal tax experience.
5. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases.
6. Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details.
7. Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for numbers.
8. Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.

10. Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
11. Able to motivate the team and lead by example.
