What You Will Do
Are you detail-oriented, driven, and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a motivated Accountant to join our dynamic finance team! In this pivotal role, you’ll play a hands-on part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting compliance with accounting standards, and helping drive the financial health of our organization forward.
As our Accountant, you’ll be actively involved in essential day-to-day accounting functions—from recording transactions and verifying entries to assisting with critical bookkeeping activities. You’ll gain valuable exposure to the full accounting cycle, helping to ensure the integrity of our financial information while learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Lien Waivers
International customs proforma invoicing
Manage Business license renewals
Manage customer portals
File Management of leases
Concur review and processing
Credit Card reconciliation and management
Review expense report approvals
Provide analytical support for review in financial audit
Manage Vendor Master File
Collecting required documentation for setup (including W-9, service agreements, COI, Banking details)
Assist in month end close including journal entry preparation and account/bank reconciliations
The Experience You Will Bring
1-2 years of experience in accounting
NetSuite experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Math/Business
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
High level of organization.
Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
