Qualifications
Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience Open to a recent grad or someone with 1-3 years of experience
Technical Skills Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Knowledge Familiar with GAAP and accounting principles
Detail-Oriented Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team Player Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Deadline-Oriented Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
Journal Entries Prepare and enter journal entries to ensure specific business transactions are recorded accurately and timely
Prepaid Assets Maintain and reconcile prepaid asset accounts, ensuring proper allocation and amortization
Accruals Prepare and manage monthly and year-end accruals, ensuring all liabilities are recorded in the correct period
ACH Payments Process ACH payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds
Account Reconciliation Perform regular reconciliations of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
Internal Controls Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets
Audit Support Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
