Qualifications
2-3 years of experience working with AR or AP
Experience with general ledger, journal entries, account/bank reconciliations
Knowledge of financial statements, monthly reports, budget
Benefits
Pay: $27-35/hr
Responsibilities
This role will be contract-to-hire and is looking to interview/start immediately!
Schedule: M-F, 7:00am – 5pm,
Responsible for financial reporting for assigned program or grants for both internal and external programs
Analysis and forecasting of current financial position
Perform necessary month end processing activities for assigned grants
Assist with worker’s compensation audit as needed
Assist with reconciliation of commercial insurance
Perform necessary month end processing activities for assigned grants and or programs
Responsible for routine accounting, processing, and distribution
Serve as the backup role for Accounts Payable
Reviewing invoices and AP activity for grants
