Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
High proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel
Experience with QuickBooks software

Responsibilities
Process and code all incoming vendor invoices promptly
Ensure invoices are properly approved according to company policy
Resolve billing discrepancies and review vendor statements
Process check runs and schedule payment of invoices
Maintain organized vendor files and records
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and records
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
