Accountant, Co-orporate Accounts

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Checking of Invoices in Invoice Management System and for proper Tax Invoices to be raised by Counterparties
Compliances to GST and With-Holding Tax Requirements
Checking and booking of Invoices in Accounting Software
Reconciliation of Corporate and A/P Ledgers
Preparation and Checking of Vessel Disbursements along with supporting invoices
Follow-up with Procurement / All User Departments for contracts, agreements and agreed pricing, Co-ordinate will all Users
Departments for timely invoice approvals
Coordination with Counterparties for periodic Statement of Accounts and Reconciliation
Assistance in filing of monthly GST Returns, monthly Management Reports and preparation of audit data
Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications
Master Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Accounting industry. Shipping experience will be preferred
Candidate should have knowledge of Financial Reports, direct and indirect taxes and regulations to Indian Companies Act 2013
Working knowledge of ERP like Oracle, SAP or other reputed Accounting Software
