Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures.
Complete quarterly and annual tax reports
Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns.
Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors.
Prepare, send, and store invoices.
Process bank deposits.
Handle general account queries.
Maintain records of business costs, such as for labour and materials.
Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
Candidates are expected to be flexible with interest to learn and to be able to take up any given role in one or more of Billing / Account Reconciliation / Accounts Receivables / back office/ / data entry / Project Accounting / Tax / Corporate Accounting that is best suited for the employee and as per the business needs.
