Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to assume the roles of Accountant Cum HR Executives. This position requires proficiency in both accounting and human resources management, accompanied by a pleasing personality and perfection in all accounting duties, including VAT returns filing and balance sheet preparation. Preference is given to candidates with a typing speed of 50-60 words per minute and a pass in a typing test.
Main Responsibilities:
• Accounting Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of VAT returns and other tax filings.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
• Human Resources Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Coordinate performance management processes, including employee evaluations and goal-setting.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution with professionalism and empathy.
