Assistant store in-charge (only male)

Job location :-Responsibilities:
· Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and other items held in the store. Ensure that all items are correctly labelled, stored, and accounted for. This includes the proper storage of stuffing materials, fabrics, and other supplies used in the production of soft toys.
· Receiving and Dispatching: Receive and inspect incoming shipments of raw materials and finished goods. Ensure that all items are in good condition and match the order specifications. Dispatch finished goods to customers as required. This includes packaging and labelling of finished products for shipment.
· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all store activities, including inventory levels, incoming and outgoing shipments, and any discrepancies. Ensure that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
· Stock Control: Implement and maintain stock control procedures to ensure that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date. This includes conducting regular stock counts and reconciling any discrepancies.
· Safety and Security: Ensure that all store activities are carried out in compliance with relevant safety and security regulations. Implement and maintain safety and security procedures to minimize the risk of accidents or theft.
· Supplier Management: Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and other supplies. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure that any supply-related issues are addressed promptly.
· Waste Management: Implement and maintain waste management procedures to minimize waste and reduce costs. This includes proper disposal of any unusable or defective materials.
· To carry out any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
By focusing on these key result areas, a Store Officer can ensure that the production of soft toys is well-supported by efficient and effective management of inventory and supplies, and that customer orders are fulfilled on time with accurate inventory control.
