Purpose:
The Accountants at Floor & Decor are expected to provide superb customer service by offering friendliness and efficiency throughout each transaction. Part of their job includes handling returns and performing various cash office tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Operating the POS system to finalize customer purchases at checkout.

• Follow the necessary steps as emphasized in the company's phone answering protocols.
• Display, brand, and present merchandise as per guidelines.
• Make labels that are visually appealing to attract customers to products.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
• Only those who have celebrated their 18th birthday or more are permitted to take part
• Familiarity with simple math principles is necessary for successfully managing personal finances, such as calculating interest on loans or investments
• Customer service experience
• Traveling to other locations to assist is a potential solution
Employment conditions and travel and environmental considerations:
• This job requires the individual to occasionally interact with a warehouse atmosphere and vehicles in motion. The noise level within the work environment is generally quiet to moderate.
Physical/Sensory Requirements:
• The Medium Work job role requires the employee to have the strength to apply a force weighing between 20 to 50 pounds occasionally, or apply a force weighing between 10 to 25 pounds frequently, or apply upto 10 pounds of force consistently. In performing the job, the employee will frequently manipulate objects with their hands and fingers. The job demands that the employee stands, walks, reaches out, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls depending on the task assigned. Additionally, the job may require the employee to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling items.
