Accountant Opening

As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and providing valuable insights to support our strategic goals. Collaborate closely with the accounting manager on budgeting and forecasting activities, leveraging strong analytical skills to support audits and tax filings.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct general accounting and related financial duties.
• Prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
• Maintain the general ledger and assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
• Design and implement expense and business travel guidelines, conducting employee training.
• Code invoices, reconcile accounts, and manage monthly financial close processes.
• Reconcile bank accounts and address inquiries, ensuring accurate financial transactions.
• Manage cash disbursement accounts, payroll, and customer accounts, including accounts receivable collections.
• Process invoices for accounts payable and ensure proper allocation of payments.
• Assist external auditors by providing necessary documentation for annual audits.
• File tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.
• Coordinate with software vendors to enhance accounting software systems.
• Manage the purchasing and invoicing system effectively.
• Stay updated on current accounting practices and procedures.

Education And Experience
