Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis
Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement, and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses
Conduct monthly reconciliation of bank statements
Handle day-to-day transactional accounting needs of the firm including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Aid in the management of invoice processing and expense reporting
Participate in the preparation of periodic forecasts and annual budgeting processes
Comply with all local, state, and federal financial regulations
Support with administrative functions and special projects as needed
