JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Accounts Executive
DEPARTMENT: Corporate
REPORTING TO: BOD
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The executives will be responsible for handling day to activity for Accounts &
Administration. On a regular basis, they communicate and enforce Company and Club
policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To ensure day to day accounting
2. Keeping checks and balances in order
3. Getting internal audit done on timely basis
4. Remove the deficiencies pointed out in internal audit report
5. Ensuing all statutory returns submitted in time and with statutory compliance
6. Making MIS and other periodic reports in time and present to management.
7. Ensuring cost ascertainment and control are in effect.
8. Ensuring software data up to date and make best use of software data for analysis.
+. Documentation and filing of all statutory, accounting and legal documents.
10. Update and email UFC GYM activity & royalty report on monthly basis.
11. Continuous improvement of financial accounting systems.
12. Equipment order management.
13. Continuous development of management software.
14. Formulating financial policies in coordination with corporate team and implementation
of the same.
15. Develop banking relationship for credit/ instalment facility to members.
16. Processing of staff salary and incentive by stipulated dates.
17. Processing purchase requirement of the store
18. Monitoring the inventory at corporate and gym level.
1+. Processing all vendors, statutory and utility payments.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
