Skills needed:*

*Tally, TDS, Drafting, GST, Invoice Generation and documentation*

**Location:** Sarai Khatela, Palwal near old toll

**Salary:** 20- 27k ( Can be negotiated if the candidate is good)

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com)

**Experience:**

- 2-3 years in accounting roles

**Responsibilities:**

1. Monitor daily record maintenance of invoice preparations of and promptly address inquiries.

2. GST Filling

3. Ensure precision in payments, amounts, and record-keeping.

4. Proficiently utilize spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals.

5. Record and systematically file cash transactions.

6. Efficiently process invoices and maintain an organized filing system.

7. Handle expense requests, seeking approval from the accountant.

8. Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.

+. Excel proficiency, with advanced knowledge of spreadsheet functions.

10. Make Quotations and prepare invoices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Tally Prime experience is a must.

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Thorough understanding of GST and TDS regulations.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Organized approach to record-keeping and filing.
