Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and handle daily financial documentation, record-keeping, and coordination duties. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate purchase/sales tracking, GST compliance, and smooth communication with external accountants and internal factory operations.
GST Compliance: File and manage all GST-related bills and ensure accurate documentation for tax purposes.
• Communicate regularly with the external accountant’s office to send all necessary documentation on time.
• Ensure timely and systematic filing of all invoices, bills, and related financial documents.
• Prioritize timely and error-free financial entries and documentation.
Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of purchase/sale entries, GST billing, and e-way bill generation.
• Good communication and coordination ability with both internal teams and external accountants.
• Proficient in basic accounting software and MS Excel.
