Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our live poker club. The ideal candidate will handle cash flow, vendor payments, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of daily collections, expenses, and payouts.
• Prepare cash flow statements, reconcile bank accounts, and manage ledgers.
• Handle vendor payments, invoicing, and purchase records.
• Prepare monthly reports on revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and inventory tracking.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and support periodic audits.
• Monitor chip inventory and coordinate with floor staff for financial sync.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance (hospitality/gaming experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic tax filing.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Trustworthy and able to manage financial data independently.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
