Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to contribute to our organization in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in India and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making and achieve business objectives.
Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
2-4 years of experience in accounting or related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
Experience with accounting software, such as Tally or QuickBooks.
