Accountant for India|s leading Investment Fund

We are looking for an experienced accountant for a leading investment fund to assist in day to day accounting , payments, reconciliation, compliances and annual Balance sheet preparations, assisting the Accounting team leaders in MIS function, etc. Job location: Central Mumbai   Day to day Responsibility:   • Manage all accounting transactions  • Prepare budget forecasts  • Publish financial statements in time  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable  • Ensure timely bank payments  • Compute taxes   • Ensure Compliance with regards to TDS, GST  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary  • Comply with financial policies and regulations  Qualification / Preferred Skills:  • M.com/B.com/ Inter CA/ ACCA/ Inter CMA required  • 10-12 years of working experience in accounting department  • Hands on experience in ERP, SAP knowledge would be an added advantage  • Strong knowledge in accounting procedures, TDS , GST, fund accounting (not compulsory)    • Should be well versed with MS office  • ERP Experience preferred. • Good interpersonal skills  • Excellent attention to detail  • Good time management skills  • Ability to multitask
