Job Description: Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
Bank Reconciliation & Tally:
Daily bank transactions tally and reconciliation in accounting software.
Cash Tally:
Maintain daily cash records and tally with physical cash.
Purchase & Sales Entry:
Accurate entry of all purchase and sales invoices in accounting software.
Salary Calculation:
Monthly salary computation and preparation of salary sheets.
Expense Disbursement:
Verification and processing of staff and operational expenses.
Product Manufacturing Entry in Vyapaar Software:
Enter and manage product manufacturing records accurately in Vyapaar software.
Monthly P&L Preparation:
Assist in preparing monthly Profit & Loss statements and other MIS reports.
Book Keeping:
Maintain and organize financial records and vouchers for audit purposes.
Other Accounting Tasks:
Perform other routine accounting tasks as per company requirements.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Tally and Vyapaar Software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Relevant Accounting Certification.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Preferred Skills:
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good communication and reporting skills.
