Responsibilities:
Candiates not having experience in USA acocunts in quickbooks should not apply as experience in USA QuickBooks accounts is must.

Monitor the team of people Performing invoice and general ledger data entry
Peform invoice / ledger data entry himself / herself if needed
Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
Generate purchase orders as necessary
Responsible for accounts payable and reconciliation
Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems
Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payment - credit control calls
Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting
Manage and monitor the team of memo chasing and invoice chasing (credit control) team and taking reporting of the team members.

Requirements:
Hands-on experience with leading accounting software(s) like QuickBooks (QuickBooks experience is must)
Prior experience in accounts payable (or accounts receivable) - Credit control is preffered
Understanding of accounting systems, chart of accounts, various accounting, and other modules.
Language: Fluent English is must
Work Location – Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
