This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the founders on two new brands, overseeing product development, brand strategy, and execution. As a versatile position, it provides exposure to various functions within a startup.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee invoice preparation, vendor payments, and billing processes.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable operations for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor account balances and perform reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and closing processes.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting coordination with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial insights and data-driven decisions.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate or Post Graduate in Finance or Accounting required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience necessary.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting required.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar) needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills required.
• Strong passion for finance, accounting, and continuous learning necessary.
