Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for timely and accurate updating using QuickBooks, Appfolio experience is a plus
• Review and process vendor invoices, generate weekly payment list
• Review monthly statement from third party management companies, make sure received all rents and no overcharge on expenses
• Reconcile rental income statements from property management companies and directly from tenants
• Tracking rent receiving status and follow up with Property Manager on unpaid rents
• Ad Hoc assignments, as required
Requirements:
• Experience with QuickBooks accounting systems or similar software
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, or comparable experience
• 3+ years' work experience; real estate industry experience is a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Solid data entry skills required with intermediate excel skills preferred
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities as well as flexibility to adapt to change with new systems and methods while working in a team environment
