Luxury Homes, offers a range of high-end 2BHK and 3BHK flats, along with opulent villas. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a seasoned Accountant to join our team and manage the financial operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Financial Management:
Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
· Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
· Compliance & Taxation:
Handle GST, TDS, and other tax filings, ensuring timely compliance with statutory regulations.
· Budgeting & Project Accounting:
Monitor the financial performance of ongoing projects, manage budgets, and advise on cost control measures.
· Vendor & Client Management:
Ensure timely invoicing and payment collections from clients, manage vendor payments, and reconcile accounts.
· Bank Reconciliations:
Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, and oversee cash flow management.
· Audit Support:
Assist in preparing for internal and external audits, and work closely with auditors to resolve discrepancies.
· Financial Insights:
Provide senior management with actionable financial insights and recommend improvements for optimizing financial performance.
Requirements:
· Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (Master’s degree or CA/ICWA certification is a plus.)
· Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
· Skills:
Strong understanding of accounting
principles, tax laws, and financial
reporting standards.
Proficient in Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
Advanced knowledge of GST, TDS, and other relevant tax regulations.
Expertise in MS Excel for financial modelling and analysis.
· Soft Skills:
Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and an eye for detail. Capable of multitasking and working under tight deadlines.
Compensation:
Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
