ACCOUNTANT

Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Administrator is responsible for processing accounts receivable, accounts payable and other general accounting administration tasks. This role will work with new and existing clients/vendors and ensure timely responses and excellent customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable include processing of all accounts payable and accounts receivable daily and processing of all payments to vendors. All records of financial transactions must be current and accurate.
General Ledger and Accounting Operations maintaining general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial data. Preparing journal entries for various transactions including accruals and adjustments. Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances ensuring accuracy across accounting systems. Assist in month end closing and year end closings.
Address accounting inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Complete reconciliations for banks, etc.,
Other duties and projects as assigned by Controller.
Qualifications & Experience
Must have equivalent to a BA/BS Accounting
3 plus years of experience in accounts payable and meet all the above job responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., MS Dynamics Business Central).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
