Position Overview: This position will support small to mid-size businesses with full-scope accounting and contracts compliance support, across various industries
The Accountant will receive hands-on training and mentoring to develop independence for the following responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP, using various accounting software (JAMIS, Unanet, Procas, Quickbooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online)
Prepare and process Customer Invoices, monthly status reports
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Support & Develop budgeting and forecasting activities
Develop and implement accounting procedures and best practices
Prepare and review financial statements
Indirect Rate calculation, monitoring and analysis
Prepare documentation and support schedules for periodic financial metrics and reporting for various industries & present to Executive leadership
Annual filing and registrations for Local, State & Federal Entities (multi-state)
