Job Description

Import/Export Documentation:
Possess in-depth knowledge of import/export procedures, regulations, and documentation requirements.
Prepare and review import/export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, and bills of lading.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics providers to ensure smooth movement of goods and compliance with customs regulations.
Stay updated with changes in import/export laws, tariffs, and trade agreements to ensure compliance and maximize cost-saving opportunities.
Tax Compliance:
Ensure compliance with tax laws, including filing tax returns, preparing tax schedules, and maintaining tax-related records.
Coordinate with tax consultants or authorities to resolve any tax-related issues or inquiries.
Assist in tax planning activities to optimize the company's tax position and minimize tax liabilities.
Inventory Management:
Collaborate with relevant teams to maintain accurate inventory records, reconcile stock balances, and perform regular inventory audits.
Monitor inventory valuation, identify slow-moving or obsolete items, and make recommendations for inventory optimization.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze financial data and provide insights on cost control, profitability, and financial performance.
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for management review.
Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting activities to support strategic decision-making.
Compliance and Auditing:
