Employment Status: Work from office
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Entry and Accounting:
• Accurately record and maintain financial transactions in Tally, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
• Prepare debtors' and creditors' statements.
• Invoice Management:
• Receive and process invoices, expense forms, and payment requests.
• Handle petty cash, prepare bills, and issue receipts.
• Record Keeping and Documentation:
• Maintain organized accounting records, including making copies and filing documents.
• Ensure all financial documentation is accurately filed and easily accessible.
• Statutory Compliance:
• Thoroughly understand and adhere to statutory compliance requirements for taxes, including GST, TDS, and Profession Tax.
• Knowledge of filing returns for e-TDS, GST, Profession Tax, Provident Fund, and ESI.
• Expense Budgeting:
• Prepare and analyze expense budget reports to assist in financial planning and decision-making.
• Payroll Management:
• Manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments to employees.
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Inter CA certificate preferred.
• Completion of CA articleship.
• 5+ years inter CA experience.
