Position Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant with three years of experience. This role is responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting our management team with timely financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
· Manage accounts payable and receivable
· Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
· Assist with budgeting and forecasting
· Ensure internal control compliance
· Coordinate with external accountants during audits or tax prep
· Support inventory accounting and job costing as needed
Requirements
· 3+ years of accounting experience (industry experience preferred)
· Proficiency in accounting software
· Strong Excel and data analysis skills
· Understanding of financial reporting standards
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
