Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and experience with Tally software. This role will involve managing various accounting functions, including record keeping, reconciliation, tax compliance, and payroll processing.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of vouchers, receipts, bills, and payments.
Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliation, payment collection, and reconcile sundry debtors and creditors.
Tax Compliance: Prepare monthly GST returns and handle all sales tax and income tax matters.
Payroll Processing: Prepare salary statements, manage PF accounts, calculate worker salaries, and handle daily wages.
Financial Analysis: Assist in the finalization of accounts, prepare statements of accounts, and analyze financial data (debtors controls, buffer accounts, balance sheet, consumption charts, trial balance, etc.).
Operations: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including petty cash management and banking operations (cheque issuance, cash deposits, NEFT, RTGS).
Administrative: Utilize basic office equipment and maintain a high level of quality and productivity.
Adaptability: Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting with Tally
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in Tally software
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
CA dropout or Diploma/Degree in Accounting Management
Experience with financial reporting and analysis
Knowledge of industry-specific accounting standards
