Role and Responsibility:
• Expert working knowledge of accounts
• Sales and sales return entries in Busy
• Purchase and purchase return in Busy
• Reconciliation of bank statements and entry in Busy
• Reconciliation of received payment against online orders (Paytm, Razorpay, Codfirm, Courier remittance)
• Find Weight discrepancies and reconciliation of order dispatches from different couriers
• Maintain refund sheet against online shopping orders
• Working knowledge of GST and classification between input goods and services
• Working knowledge of TDS (Like what rate will be applicable under which section.) and its entry in Busy
• Working knowledge of TCS
• Manage vendor bills/invoices
• Prepare outstanding sheet
• File monthly financial report
• Manage petty cash expenses at the office
• Handle warehouse stock management
• Monitor and daily report of stock inward/outward
• Monitor and daily report of fabric inward/outward
Desired Skills:
• Expert working knowledge of accounting
• Expert in Excel (Advance V/H/X Lookup function, Pivot, IF, Conditioning)
• Knowledge of formulas in excel and near sheets
• Working Knowledge of Busy/ERP Software
• Knowledge of the process of the E-commerce industry.
• Commerce and E-commerce background (Preferred)
• Able to handle 50000+ inventory stock
