The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and providing financial advice to management. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including bookkeeping and accounting activities.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial statements and provide recommendations for improvements to financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and practices, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Manage the organization's budget and monitor spending to ensure adherence to budgetary restrictions.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tax returns and other financial reports as required by law or regulations.
• Provide financial advice to management and help identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
