About the Internship:
Adaxx Media is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic accountant to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulations. If you have a passion for numbers and a strong understanding of accounting principles, we want to hear from you!
Key responsibilities:
1. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
2. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and collections
3. Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
4. Prepare and submit tax documents, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
5. Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card payments, and other financial transactions
6. Provide financial data and analysis to support decision-making processes within the organization
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and improve overall efficiency
Who can apply:
1. Proficiency in accounting practices and principles
2. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
4. Experience with Tally or similar accounting software is highly preferred
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required
