Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day accounting duties - journal entries/ ledger maintenance etc
- Be a resource for accounts payable and receivable.
- Provide MIS and other information to the senior management
- filing of documents and Bank payments
- Processing Sales and Purchase Invoices
- Making Bank Payments
- Bank Reconciliation
- Aged Payables & Receivable follow up.
- GST payment, filing of forms, reconciliation, accounting etc
- TDS Payment, Reconciliation, Accounting etc
- PF & ESI payment, filing of forms, reconciliation, accounting etc
- Provide help for variousa audits
Skills:
- Sound in Accounting concepts and principles
- Deep knowledge of operating Tally ERP/ Prime accounting software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, sumifs, nested formulas, pivots, filters, tables etc.)
- Ability to operate independently to accomplish objectives and meet assigned deadlines.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees.
- Organized approach with strong attention to detail.
