About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental London corporate office, we are seeking an Accountant who will be responsible for the following:
Booking Receipts
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all incoming receipts on the ledgers.
Calculating Commission Income:
Calculate and record commission income based on contractual terms and performance data.
Payments: Process supplier, Homeowners and other payments in line with company policies.
Reconciliations:
Perform regular reconciliations of bank, intercompany, and balance sheet accounts.
Reporting:
Prepare financial and management reports to support business decision-making.
Liase with outsourced accounting and tax firms, prepare and submit the corporate entities reporting onto Group reporting system
Budget/Forecast: Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets and financial forecasts
Other Duties
Perform additional finance-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager to support departmental needs and business priorities.
