Executive Search Associates is a leading Search Firm, Our client is into Process Industry and its a listed company and they a Mid Size Manufacturing company.
Please note this position will be based at FACTORY and the Factory is located 175 Kms from NCR.
• Position : Chief Finance Officer
• Location : Uttar Pradesh (From NCR its 175 Kms a travel distance of 4 Hours)
• Client Background : The company is Listed in Stock Exchange and its a Process Industry. Its a part of one of the renowned group companies,
• Candidate Background : The incumbent should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and should have been working in Process industry, The incumbent should have good understanding about SEBI/BSE/NSE. Well versed with ERP/SAP. Ind AS SEBI/Stock Exchanges, GST and Co Law (although there is a dedicated Co secretary), Income Tax up to return filing at least, Banking Finance, Cost and financial controls in mfg operations
• Job Role : The Job involves of support to MD for business decisions, achieve budget targets, projects evaluations, future, business strategies and Board presentations,
• Supporting operations within manufacturing, marketing, sales, analytics and business development areas to achieve budget targets;
• Oversee all aspects of finance function including Secretarial, Legal and Information Technology; Cash flow planning, Organizational budgeting; ensure effective policies and processes;
• Raising of funds for long and short term period and handling of Credit Rating;
• Evaluation of capital budget and monitoring of their execution;
• Ensure mitigation of Risk of the Organization through process audit, statutory compliance, proper insurance of people/assets and evaluation of business risks;
• Liaison and Co-ordination with Govt. Authorities, Banks, Consultants, Auditors, Apex bodies etc.
• Overseeing the direct and indirect taxation compliance, Secretarial and legal aspects;
• Support the organization by IT initiative to save time, cost and malpractices;
• Support in Commercial Activities related to customers, vendors etc; and
• Managing, training and motivating team members.
