Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience and a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting. standards.
Assist with tax preparation and filing, including GST, TDS, and income tax.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and regulations.
