Key Responsibilities Include:
Managing Financial Transactions: We collect receipts from students, make payments to vendors, and deposit centre facility-related bills on time. This includes electricity, phone, and other expenses.
Financial Record-Keeping: I update accounts entries daily in our Tally / ERP package or accounting software to ensure accurate records.
Cost Control and Compliance: I am responsible for cost control at the centre and adhere to company policies and directives.
Cash Handling and Reconciliation: I handle cash extensively and perform Cash, Bank, Debtor & petty cash reconciliation regularly.
Reporting and Analytics: I prepare various Management Information System (MIS) reports to help us make informed decisions.
Auditing and Compliance: I deal with auditors during Centre/Branch audits to ensure our financial records are accurate and compliant.
Fixed Assets Management: I maintain and control records of fixed assets in a systematic and chronological manner for the Branch/Centres.
Student Fee Management: I am responsible for processing individual student fee accounts.
Vendor Management: I process invoices/bills payment to vendors efficiently.
Fee Monitoring: I closely monitor outstanding fee details on a daily basis.
Government Relations: I work closely with government departments for timely deposits of various dues as per law.
Purchase and Procurement: I get quotations from suppliers for purchase of fixed assets and send them to HO for approval.
Student Loans: I liaison with banks for educational loans for students.
Administration: I handle day-to-day administration related issues of the Branch/Centre.
Inventory Management: I maintain various items of stock.
Requirements:
• No prior experience is required
• Any Industry; Cashier/ Cash handling Job, Bank Reconciliation, Routine Accounting
• Functional Reporting RH Accounts /Head Accounts -HO
• Administrative Reporting COM
• IT Knowledge/ Other Competencies MS Office, Tally, ERP
• Travel Not Required
