Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team at Frankfinn. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our centre, including collection of receipts from students, payment to vendors, and cash handling.
Key Responsibilities
• Collection of receipts from students and timely deposit of all centre facility-related bills.
• Daily update of accounts entries in Tally/ERP package/accounting software.
• Cost control at centre and adherence to company's policies and directives.
• Handling cash extensively and performing cash, bank, debtor & petty cash reconciliation.
• Preparing various MIS reports.
• Dealing with auditors during Centre/Branch audit.
• Maintaining and controlling records of fixed assets in a systematic and chronological manner.
• Handling individual students' fee accounts.
• Responsible for processing invoices/bills payment to vendors.
• Closely monitoring outstanding fee details on a daily basis.
• Working closely with government departments for timely deposits of various dues as per law.
• Obtaining quotations from suppliers for purchase of fixed assets and sending to HO for approval.
• Liaising with banks for educational loans for students.
• Handling day-to-day administration-related issues of the branch/centre.
• Maintaining stock items.
Requirements
• Any industry; Cashier/Cash handling job, Bank reconciliation, Routine accounting experience.
• Functional reporting: RH Accounts/Head Accounts-HO.
• Administrative reporting: COM.
• MS Office, Tally, ERP knowledge required.
• Travel not required.
