Job Title: Accounts and Finance Executive
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts and Finance Executive to join our team at FrankFinn. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our centre, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Financial Transactions: Collecting receipts from students, making payments to vendors, and depositing centre facility-related bills on time.
• Accounting Entries: Daily updating of accounts entries in Tally/ERP package/accounting software.
• Cost Control: Maintaining cost control at the centre and adhering to company policies and directives.
• Cash Handling: Handling cash extensively and conducting cash, bank, debtor, and petty cash reconciliation.
• MIS Reports: Preparing various MIS reports.
• Auditor Interactions: Dealing with auditors during centre/branch audits.
• Fixed Assets: Maintaining and controlling records of fixed assets in a systematic and chronological manner for the branch/centre.
• Fee Accounts: Handling individual student fee accounts.
• Invoice Processing: Processing invoices/bills payment to vendors.
• Outstanding Fees: Monitoring outstanding fees daily.
• Government Departments: Working closely with government departments for timely deposits of various dues as per law.
• Supplier Quotations: Obtaining quotations from suppliers for the purchase of fixed assets and sending them to HO for approval.
• Education Loans: Liaising with banks for educational loans for students.
• Administration: Handling day-to-day administration-related issues of the branch/centre.
• Stock Maintenance: Maintaining various items of stock.
Requirements
• Industry Exposure: Any industry; cashier/cash handling job, bank reconciliation, routine accounting.
• Functional Reporting: RH Accounts/Head Accounts-HO.
• Administrative Reporting: COM.
• IT Knowledge: MS Office, Tally, ERP.
• Travel Requirements: Not required.
• Age Range: 25-35 years.
• Gender: Male.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills are essential.
