Institute/College - Executive Accounts. Ensure accurate and timely entry of tuition/Corporate/University and collection of fees on time. Manage cash flow including bookkeeping. Position : Executive Accounts & Finance. JOB PURPOSE ● To manage and further develop all aspects of the Institute’s day-to-day financial operations. ● To provide information, advice and guidance on matters relating to finances. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Focusing on students Fees. MIS, Reporting and Analysis · Maintain accurate student’s fees data, including accurate monthly financial statements. MIS as on - last date of every month. · Monitoring students fees financial performance every year and analyzing cost-benefit performance of operations. · Identifying the causes of late collection of fees & significant variance and taking prompt corrective action. · Giving weekly financial reports to the management. · Preparing written monthly financial statements. · Submitting monthly accounting reports of Certificates. · Responsible for accuracy and integrity of accounting records Daily Financial Operations . · Ensure accurate and timely entries in Tally of tuition and collection of fees. · Time to time collect & send (in portal) Corporate & University fees. · Manage cash flow including book keeping. . · Tax funds. · Timely BRS. Audit, Tax and Compliance · Maintain all ledgers in tally. · Coordinate with all auditors. Provide (whatever needed) Co. data time to time. · Oversight of all tax-related tasks, including statutory tax returns, company returns, tax rate check, receiving of tax exemption etc. need to update with auditors. · Ensure that the accounting and financial system is set to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and required standards. · Creating and maintaining an appropriate internal control manual that is up to date and in line with best practice. · Ensuring compliance in adoption and execution of internal procedures. · Working with tax consultants and legal attorneys as appropriate and needed. Desirable · At least 2 years of experience with an English-language based accounting system including practical accounting, process, systems, and rules. · Experience of working in a similar capacity, ideally in a College. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
