We are hiring for a Junior Accountant at Shree Suppliers (www.hotdeliverybags.com). Shree Suppliers is the leading manufacturer of Hot & Cold Insulated Customized Delivery Bags. We are associated with Top brands such as Zomato, Amazon, Zepto, McDonald's, Metropolis, Kisankonnect, etc. Key Requirements: Bookkeeping: Recording financial transactions in accounting software or ledgers, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general journal entries. Tax Compliance: Assisting with tax preparation, including gathering necessary financial data, preparing tax Invoice , and ensuring compliance with tax regulation Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded Track and monitor accounts receivable in Tally ERP Issue and prepare invoices in Tally Track and monitor accounts payable Payment Follow up on day to day Basis Update financial data in a timely manner Ensure that information is accurate Reconciliation: Matching financial records to bank statements, vendor invoices, and customer payments to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, in any industry Proficiency in Tally software B.Com/B.Com (Hons.) graduate with commerce in 12th grade Work Location: Mulund (W) CTC : ₹15000-₹25000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate).
