Job Title: Account Executive
Location: One8commune Mumbai
Office Name: One 8 Commune
Office Timing: 11:00 am – 7:30pm (Subject to change as per requirement but total time will remain same)
DEPARTMENT: Finance (Must have Prior Experience in restaurant industry)
Key Responsibilities:
· Must have Prior Experience in Hospitality industry for at least two years.
· Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
· Prepare and analyze daily sales reports, ensuring accurate financial recording
· Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations
· Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
· Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payment of staff wages
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
· Vendors’ reconciliation while facilitating smooth communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial challenges in the hospitality sector

SALARY:
· It will be between Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 35,000.
