Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation is mandatory.
Experience with accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar) preferred.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
