Seeking a proficient finance team member who will provide finance, accounting and decision support to the manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering timely and meaningful financial analysis and providing mentorship to achieve financial objectives. This role will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
What you will do:
• Support the Corporate FP&A Lead through financial reporting as well as any additional ad hoc requests for information and analysis from Commercial and Finance team
• Responsible for management reporting with focus on cost, capex and support functions, including preparation of – MBR/ QBRs, AOP/ STRAP
• Partner with business / finance customer in driving business performance to meet short and long term objectives
• Implement reporting, budgeting, forecasting activities in support of the business
• Analyze financial and business performance against key business metrics and supervise pertinent financial highlights that will enable understanding of progress against strategic / business plan and budgets
• Responsible for management of entire shared service costs, payroll operations, fund management, cost control and present the deliverables
• Prepare and review the plan and forecast for the shared service costs / Opex
• Perform monthly closing activities including journal entries, accruals, reporting and analysis
• Uploading the budget into PLN while ensuring Product Line / Country wise accuracy

• You are expected to be a self-starter with a strong demeanor and willingness in leading day to day FP&A support. You will operate across a highly matrixed environment and still be able to demonstrate and supply to the existing systems and processes.
How you will get here:
Education
• Chartered Accountant with 4-5 or more years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience
• Required: A minimum of 4-5 years of finance and accounting experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Proficient user of Excel (i.e., financial models and analysis); experience with ERP (or equivalent), PowerPoint, and Hyperion is desired
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced work experience preparing financial reports
• Ability to multi-task, work under stringent timelines , meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
