Qualification - Any Graduate / Post-Graduate
Job Location: Head Office -Bandra West (5 mins walking distance from Bandra Railway station)
Office Timings: 10 am to 7 pm (Sunday Holiday)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Looking for a graduate with 1-2 years of experience in accounting and managing data on Tally.
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
Monthly reconciliation of bank statements
Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciling accounts and preparing adjusting entries.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Maintain general ledger accounts and perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
Required Skills:
Effective communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
