Responsibilities:
Accounts payable and receivable should have handled payroll
Bank & Excel reconciliation
Invoice and payment process on a timely basis
Handling attendance for Indian and Australian accounting
GST & TDS calculation and payment to be made
MIS reporting for accounting
Tax, PF and other compliance filing for Indian accounting
Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
Ensuring that all financial functions for all employees is performed efficiently and timely
Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecast.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial analysis, and reporting.
Proficient in Tally ERP+ and MS Excel. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
