Job description
Person should have experience of accounts, finance, tax & filing of various returns, GST return.
Passing sales / purchase / voucher / expense entries.
Sales/purchase invoice verification & inter-department coordination.
Calculation & arrangement of credit / debit notes.
Debtors /creditors ageing analysis & payment follow-up.
Expenses verification & passing entries.
Staff Salary Preparation & Payout.
GST working & preparation of supporting documents for scrutiny.
Income tax, advance tax working & preparation for scrutiny.
Preparing of monthly bank reconciliation.
Preparing of weekly petty cash reconciliation.
Preparing Of Weekly MIS Reports.
Prepare & appear at income tax dept. Towards assessment & scrutiny.
Knowledge about GST (GSTR-1, 2A, 2B, 3B, +, +C etc) including amendment, reversal & transfers.
Finalization of Accounts etc.
Skills Required
Should be B.Com.
Good Knowledge of Accounting, Book-Keeping & Finalising Balance Sheet, Income Tax & GST Laws.
Good Command Over English & Excellent Communication
Knowledge Of Tally/Tally ERP, Excel, Word & Basic Computer Operations..
