Key Responsibilities
• Recording of all the entries, book-keeping and accounting.
• Preparing and maintaining cash flow statements.
• Manage balance sheets, profit and loss statements, revenue forecasts and budgets.
• Review and reconcile the general ledger, identifying and thoroughly investigating any discrepancies and taking the proper actions to resolve them.
• Support our tax professionals in preparing quarterly estimates and annual returns.
• Processing payroll, reporting payroll taxes and ensuring compliance thereof.
• Prepare bank reconciliation. Conduct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to verify all entries have been created and posted, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and cohesiveness of information.
• Assisting and working with auditors and other external consultants for closing of related tasks. Understand audit requirement and Prepare audit schedules for internal as well as external auditors.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
• Manage administrative staff within the department and transfer accounting/reporting knowledge to other departments.

Required skills and Competencies
• Bachelors and/or Master's degree in Accounts & Finance.
• Two or more years of corporate accounting experience.
• Working understanding of accounting, GST and TDS concepts.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software platforms like Tally.
• Advanced Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) skills.
• Personal integrity; ability to keep customer and company confidences.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.
• Experience in audit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
