What you’ll do:
He / She will be working with Senior Accountant Reporting and acting as a member of the Finance team. Finance team manages the preparation of balance sheets, financial statements, cash-flow reports, day-to-day record keeping and reporting, including all payroll accounts payable and receivable and group audit requirement.
Post journal entries for accrued expenses, depreciation, amortization and other month end closing entries AR / AP posting, Updating financial statements Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledger. Prepare local compliance reports as per requirement. Customer / Vendor / Bank reconciliation Assist in completing audits extractions. Generate reports of financial information Prepare Balance Sheet and P&L accounts reconciliation, consolidation, analysis. Assist to prepare and consolidate budget and forecast analysis reports. Assist to prepare the statement of cash flows at the end of each accounting period & Intercompany reconciliation. System management: Maintenance of accounting system to make sure compliance with company polices and accounting standards.
What you'll bring:
Accuracy in responding to internal and external queries or requests and provide details as required. Support the Senior Accountant in review & update, Periodically review Data Protection regulations to ensure compliance across the organization. Identify any areas of concern or opportunities. All other duties assigned as appropriate. Should be graduate in Commerce or an equivalent Degree
