Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Fast Transport Carrier Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Pune Division, requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting and auditing, as well as proficiency in Excel.
Qualifications And Skills
Financial reporting expertise with a proven track record (Mandatory skill)
Strong auditing skills with attention to detail (Mandatory skill)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory skill)
Experience with tax preparation, including filing and compliance with regulations
Proven budgeting abilities to manage and forecast expenses
Competence in account reconciliation, ensuring accurate financial records
Strong financial analysis skills to interpret complex financial data
Understanding and application of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
Roles And Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations
Conduct regular audits to verify the financial status and operational execution
Maintain and update accounting records and files
Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits
Manage tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities,
